Welcome to the Parkers Run Community. We are located in Cheswold, Delaware behind the police station. Our homes were built by Lacrosse Homes, Richmond Homes and Ryan Homes. There are 214 houses in the development. We are a private community in the municipality of the Town of Cheswold. We are currently managed by BC Communities and our contact person is John Luca. Hello Community,
Volunteers are wanted for the following Committees:
Architectural Committee.
The HOA architectural committee is responsible for maintaining the community’s property values. Committee members will review design applications from homeowners and see whether they comply with the architectural guidelines stated in the governing documents. This prevents residents from installing elements that may lower the property values.
Bylaws Committee:
The bylaws dictate how the HOA operates and contain the information needed to run the HOA. This committee will be responaible for updating our bylaws.
Community Commiteee:
The HOA community committee is in charge of planning community events and making sure that homeowners have the opportunity to meet their neighbors. For instance, the committee can host a welcome party to introduce new homeowners to the neighborhood. The community may also have fixed events such as a holiday party or summer block party.
